The price given over the phone didn't account for fees. The room was fairly dated; the carpet was well worn in high traffic areas and a black stain was on the floor in front of the vanity. The screen on the air conditioning unit was broken so you couldn't see what the unit was set at. In the bathroom, the tub had left stopped so that a continuous drip of water from the faucet had left a few gallons standing in the bottom of the tub.

The room was not vacummed, crumbs all over floor and on couch. Sink counter was sticky, advised front desk, they just wrote the room number down. Furniture was scratched up, very small TV, just a very bad experience all the way round. When checking out the front desk worker seemed aggravated when I asked for a receipt. Not friendly at all, would strongly not recommend staying at this Ramada Inn.

The bed was comfortable, free WiFi was a available and the room had a small refrigerator. However, the carpet was stained and the bed foundation cover was torn. Refurbishment is needed in the near future. The party-sized bathroom and massage head shower with good water pressure and ample hot water allow me to give it a 4.3 overall score.

After a day of traveling with a 7 month old and a three yr old we were exhausted. Went to grab dinner after checking in and basically wanted to go straight to sleep. First of all there were no proper window curtains in our room for privacy or to block out the lights from the other hotels and businesses. We informed the front desk and they gave us a blanket to tuck onto the window valance…work around. We noticed hair in the sink and when we wanted to take a shower there was a dirty residue and hair in our tub. So gross as neither of these were hair from someone’s head if you know what I mean. We went down to breakfast and asked that our shower be cleaned but we’re informed that the cleaning crew does not come in until 10:00. Went to the “upgraded” breakfast and found nothing but cheap carbs, the coffee was ok though. We requested an adjustment to our rate when we were there and they said they would make a note of it. Since we didn’t receive an adjustment, we called when we returned home and we’re directed to send an e-mail with the pictures I took. The response was they could not do anything for us because we ordered our room via a third party..TripAdvisor. Lesson learned..we will never stay at another Ramada again!!! If I could give a 0 star I would have.
