I have been here three times in the past year and all three time has been disappointing. The staff needs more training. They don’t pay attention to your needs. They can be seen having more conversations with each than waiting on customers. I have no problem with them enjoying work but there has to be balance. This last visit sealed the deal for me and I won’t be back to this location until a sign says under new management. Hostess-needs training on greeting, wait staff needs to pay more attention, and the food was good but cold. So, I that falls on whoever’s job it is to expedite the food.

We have ordered take out from this location multiple times and each time they forget items. The quality was poor. All of our food was cold except my friends onion rings, but that’s only because they forgot those and had to make a new batch. The dips were in tiny containers that were half full and the chicken was poorly sauced.

We visited around 11:30 pm. They welcomed us in and the wings were fresh and the wedges were amazing. Still had a packed house and our waiter was great! Very friendly from walking in to walking out. Did not disappoint.

I feel like it deserves a five star but, when we went last weekend; it was not a good night out! Me and my two boys all got gift cards for Christmas and we're really excited to go and use them. We were surprised we didn't have to wait but waitress was sort of rude because couldn't decide what i wanted to drink. Went ahead and ordered got the food boneless wings were sort of small compared to what they usually are and the burger was undercooked that one of us had ordered. I love Buffalo wild wings and I hope next time we'll be better
