Swickard responded to an email I sent with criteria I wanted and the vehicle I was looking for. Jacob responded and sent me all the requested information. When I went to the dealership I was greeted by Dylan who connected me with the sales manager Danny. They did not in fact have the car on the lot that I was there to test drive it had not come in yet, but they did have a gray one. I test drove it and was pleased. The color was good so we proceeded. They gave me a great price for my trade in and the financing was at a great. After communicating with 15 different dealerships I am glad they were the ones who responded most positively and with all the information I requested. I left with the car I wanted in a color I liked so all is well. Dylan was very pleasant to work with.

If you're not buying a car from them I would much rather take the car to a normal mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection vs the dealership. If they do the inspections it will cost a lot more at the dealership then elsewhere.

Not usually, the earlier you get there the better.
Service dept. hours are 7am to 7pm weekdays. 8am to 5pm Saturday. Closed Sunday. Probably also closed on holidays. I'd call before going in on a holiday.
