Overall very good experience, I got good trade value and even in this crazy market, I paid no markup over MSRP by buying at least one add on and they got me a good interest rate. I know they're much lower volume now with shorter supply so they have to make money somewhere but it's never fun to get asked to buy more stuff when you just want to sign your papers, but that's how nearly all dealers are, I get it. Also, I wasn't quite ready to trade my car, I wanted to take off upgrade parts first, but they wanted to close the deal, so I agreed to pay a reconditioning fee to put back to stock with the parts I saved and provided to them and they haven't been proactive in getting my upgrade parts back to me. With my chip protection add on they did call and get me scheduled around my schedule proactively offering a possible loaner, so they are taking care of me there for sure. So not a bad experience at all overall, especially in the most key areas of getting me a solid deal. The salesperson appreciated I had done my homework and acted on my behalf to help get a solid deal done, so it was friendly and positive overall.

I had settled on buying a used Mazda but I didn’t want to go far from Vancouver. I gave myself until the end of my birthday month. With five days left I felt to search Mazda dealers website.
