Had a leaking washer that needed repair. A tech came out to attempt to fix the problem, but the washer continued to leak after he left. I attempted to contact their accounting department to have the cost waived or have a new technician come out and resolve the problem and I never receive a call back. After finally reaching somebody months later they stated the price was reduced and that I would have to spend $125 to have the tech come out and look at the problem that was never addressed in the first place. Extremely disappointing service.

Tech came out once, was going to get parts and come back in a few days / weeks later.... nothing. 3 calls for service (VMs left for Kimberly) over the last 90 days...crickets.nada.zilch. I realize that they are probably busy, but....

Jason just came by to look over our fridge that has been giving us issues. I know he could have made more money by fixing the issue but instead he was super honest and recommend buying a new fridge instead. It is a big enough issue that a new fridge would cost maybe the same or less and it would have a good warranty. He also gave me some awesome tips on my gas stove as an added bonus. Super appreciate Jason's honesty and friendliness and will be calling Hattan's again for future appliance needs for sure!
