Our experience at Volcano was excellent! Christian was a pretty awesome dude! He was knowledgeable of the bikes he was slanging. He was not a douchey salesmen which made the buying experience 100x's better! The environment was clean and comfortable. The gals in the merchandise department were super nice, friendly and approachable when we had questions. The whole experience was very person centered and outstanding! Everyone we encountered during our lengthy time here was extremely friendly and welcoming! We would/are definitely recommending Volcano Harley Davidson!

Felt like an old school Harley dealer. I haven't seen this kind of chill and welcoming environment in a helluva long time. From the GM down to the newest sales rep. What a Harley dealer should be. Merritt in the service department was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Treated everyone I saw who walked in with courtesy. He listened when people spoke and answered questions humbly and correctly. Top notch business and my new Harley shop.

Had a great experience working with Christian White at Harley today. During the negotiation, paperwork, etc. Christian was there to help. I originally had my 20 month old son with me, ended up leaving to pick up my 8 and 9 year from school. Headed back to sign paperwork, Christian met us at the front door, he was immediately assisting with keeping the kids occupied while we completed the deal, great guy. My 20 month old had his hand leading him around the store so he could sit on different bikes. The world needs more people like this!!!! Thanks a lot Christian.

I traded in one of my bikes for this ‘22 street glide special, I was working with Shane, who I would recommend anyone go see, he’s absolutely awesome. The manager Travis was also absolutely awesome to, honestly it was probably my best experience buying a bike. I will definitely be back there and would recommend anyone to stop by for a visit. The whole staff is super nice!
