Mr. Ric came out the same day we called (on a holiday weekend no less) - he was very professional and answered all of our questions. Even felt bad that it was bad news - great guy, excellent service, would call them/him again for any issue. Highly recommend!

Mr Rooter is a reliable plumbing company especially in an emergency. We had a seriously clogged drain and they managed to fit me in right away. If you have time to wait, you might be able to find a more affordable company but overall I've never been disappointed. They are professional, courteous and consistent.

My kitchen sink was severely clogged not only did they take care of the clog they fixed my pipes that were under the sink that were leaking I have dogs that they were very kind to. They were recommended to me and I will pass my recommendation to others. Jim and Colby went above and beyond to explain everything and to get me any discounts I qualified for. My kitchen was left clean and they asked if I wanted them to haul off the garage.
