I been working for DS for almost a year now and I have to say it's the best job I ever had. I haven't met a person here that isn't willing to do their job or has a poor attitude. Work to home life is very well balanced. Overtime has been available. Amazing perks and bonuses. Supervisors and HR are always available and always helpful. We make the best cans out there and I'm very proud to contribute to it!

Terrible company to work for they have favorites and don’t care to fire you if one of there “golden boys” requests them to without any Good reason. It’s weird they fire people for not wearing a seat belt for 5 minutes but they have forklift drivers texting while driving, other then stefanie from HR this place is a complete joke, also if you work with victor on 3rd shift good luck he’ll try to micro manage you and call you “lazy” because he doesn’t want to do it .. oh and don’t call him out on it he’ll be sure to run to the supervisors and try getting you fired for the smallest of things.
