The output would be files on a hard drive. You could certainly create CD's from the finalized files provided the format is compatible. You should speak with Kiwi to see if they have a relationship with a place that can make CD's for you.

Typically, the artists who come thru Kiwi have already chosen their music and arrangements and we help facilitate with the recording and mixing, taking your art, helping you achieve the best performance while we record it in the best quality. Kiwi Audio is a facility that has all the necessary equipment and space to record music, and the personal to operate this equipment and facilitate the recording experience. Each project that has come through the doors has been uniquely different and has had a budget specific for that artist/project. Feel free to fill out the form at www.kiwiaudio.com with additional info on your project, and I can help facilitate. - All ages are welcome here at the studio and in the case of an artist that is under 18 I request a parent/guardian be onsite during your time here or if requested I can provide a simple "un-accompanied minor waver". - The studios hourly/daily rates include the facility, equipment, and an engineer for your session.
