Nearly impossible to get a hold of on the phone. Demands an appointment ASAP to continue routine blood pressure medication, but when I do show up, they are surprised I'm even there! They also keep changing my meds on the fly, while everything is ok, and even had me on an expensive, experimental drug for no reason, that made me SICK - like I am some sort of guinea pig.

I truly know that it is a blessing from God to have a facility of health care in Georgetown. I have been going there since the beginning when it was called Baskerville and was located in a trailer like building. My first experience was taking my children. They no longer see children ☹️. But now, I am a patient there. I found out I had diabetes, a family curse n high blood pressure. Like my other relatives, this monster was out of control. Nevertheless the earth angels of this clinic helped me to gain control of this demon and now thank God I am in relatively back to in control all the way. Since being with them , their diabetic team n Daya, I came from a 9 to 6.9 in my A1C, my blood pressure from 180/110 to 120/70. They have classes, eye care, transportation, other services , and now I am taking part in the services of a great orthopedic. I don't like saying this but if my mother n daughter was under the care of Smith Clinic,...I believe they would still be living. Smith Clinic is the best, may Dr. Smith and his wife, nurse Smith RIP.

During the passing of both my parents all the doctors and nurses were there for me. My doctors never left a stone unturned when it comes to diagnosing my medical issues. The love, caring and sharing from medications, to their food pantry, to their assistance getting to and from my doctors appointments everyone even the General Manager have been a God sent. May God Bless and keep you all.

I use to be very well off. I lost everything..long story short.. This clinical office is amazing!! That are so caring about your problems.. I have never had a doctor to take the time to talk to me. Truly a God sent... I fill the love and concern about me and my wellbeing..if ever I get back my status back I once had I will reward these angels and the clinic.
It is better to call and ask for an appointment. The office current hours are 8am to 5pm. They also have late hours on Thursdays.
If you have no insurance, you can fill out an application. Maybe the Lions Club can help.
I don't think they're closed normally on holidays are severe weather but keep keep calling because it takes them a little bit to get back to you
You must have proof of residency that you live in Georgetown County.
