We've stayed at One South Lumina on and off for the past 10 years, and have always had a great time. The front desk management is AWESOME. The location is great, and the rates are reasonable. Our family has grown, so now we have to get two units, but still a better deal than renting a house, and you can't beat this location. We'll be back next year.

You can't beat the location. Not a bargain and some units need freshening up, but overall very pleasant. Employees are professional and polite. Pool was sparkling clean. Would recommend.
