First room we got was next to the laundry it was super noisy we asked to change room. Second room was fine but after an hour in there we had a very heavy cigarette smell coming from the AC. We asked to change room again. The last room was very damp and the AC fan was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep. I never complain about hotels but this one was seriously bad.

We stayed in room 118. Had a visitor to our room around midnight in the form of a cockroach. Yuck!! The AC was loud and the cover for the AC was popped off on one corner. Might be how the cockroach got In. The pictures are very deceiving. They do not match the room at all. The only reason I’m giving the hotel 2 stars is cause within walking distance is a ton of bars/restraunts and entertainment. So that was nice. But yeah I definitely would NOT stay here again. I’ve stayed in lots of holiday inn express hotels but thjs is by far the worst. I wish I would have taken pics but I was so grossed out about the cockroach I forgot. 🤢I would not recommend staying there.

Friendly helpful staff. Quick to accommodate requests. Breakfast foods could be warmer, but good quality food. Very convenient to restaurants, supermarket, movie theater, gas stations, etc.
