Bryant Rentals and Intracoastal Rentals will rent these units out (if the owner chooses), and if you're willing to book out far enough you can probably book whole months at a time. However, this would be difficult if you want to nab it sooner rather than later (since some people will have already booked week-long vacations in these units). If you're looking for longer-term stays, apartments may be a more fitting choice. If you're willing to go to the mainland, the largest supply of apartments would probably land around UNCW (the college). I recommend looking at AirBnB (website), VRBO (website), Bryant Rentals (local real estate/rental agency), and Intracoastal Rentals (local real estate/rental agency). If you call one of the local agencies and explain what you're looking for, I bet they can help you best, but you might also find a good deal on those websites. Hope this helps!
These are privately owned condos, so you'll have to look on rental sites like Bryant Realty and Intracoastal Realty for dates.
