Low quality goods at exorbitant prices. Shop other local stores for a better experience. They also wouldn’t let my pregnant sister use their bathroom in the off season, pretty cruel and inconsiderate. Never had a good customer service experience there. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

Awesome place.. Altho I was told to leave my drink outside the people the were amazing. As I existed I seen the sign on the door. My bad I wasn't paying attention to that. But all in all great people and a great selection.

I had a similar experience to some of the other 1 star reviews and was trying to exchange a pair of defective goggles that I noticed were broken 20 minutes after I bought them. Regardless of the policy I feel as though simple respect is still expected yet was definitely not given. I assume I was talking to the manager and she demanded that I have a receipt. I usually don’t keep receipts and honestly do not remember receiving one at the time of the transaction. I left because I felt very uncomfortable with how she was talking to me. I then found the receipt at the bottom of my bag and walked back in with it with hopes that I could exchange since she was so adamant about the receipt. She then read aloud and pointed to the policy on the bottom of the receipt like I was 5 years old and couldn’t read. Then she said how I couldn’t be trusted because I said I didn’t have my receipt and then I found it and that who knows what happened to the goggles because I lied about the receipt. I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m incompetent and would give 0 stars if possible. This stores costumer service is terrible and the quality of the products are cheap.

Extremely terrible service. We bought a Penny board, last two. Within the first attempts the board snapped in half. My son went back to the shop to see what they could do and the Manager wouldn’t hear him out and figured he was just goofing around and too bad. She saw it had scratches, but those were there when we bought it, again they bought the last two. I then called the store to ask for help and if it had a weight limit that he and his friend missed, but it didn’t. When I asked what our options were, she became increasingly hostile. She responded so poorly and I never raised my voice, swore or yelled. She preceded to hang up on me. I have never experienced a situation like this and I’m 55. So disappointing for Wrightsville Beach Wings. I will tell as many people as I can about this incredibly disappointing experience and will certainly never spend another dime there. Even just a considerate response would gone a long way.

Yes, there are metered spaces outside the store. Need to pay or you are likely to get ticketed. Recommend having the app (PayToPark) app downloaded on your phone.
