Terrible experience. Called beforehand to let hotel know that we were checking in late and they said it would be fine. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk said our reservation was completely cancelled. She gave us an attitude and had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She had us waiting 30+ as she went in the back and accomplished nothing and gave us no explanation, just complete silence as she typed away aimlessly. She worked 8/29 and worked around 4am. Come to find out, she charged us and marked our stay as complete even though we did not stay. Horrible horrible customer experience. Stay away

HORRIBLE experience. Called beforehand saying I was going to be coming in late so my red doesn’t get canceled (2-4am) and they said it would be fine for my reservation (for the previous day). I get there at 5am after driving for 8 hours only for the woman at front desk to tell me my reservation is cancelled and no room is available (HOW?). She didn’t offer an apology and actually caught an attitude when we were rightfully confused as to how this could happen when I called hours before to confirm. She was also making rude remarks like “everybody else comes in on time for check in so” Worst customer service. Train your employees better.

We came here because of the Fairfield brand and found that this hotel certainly doesn't live up to the Marriot brand at all. Place was filthy, floors of hallway especially (see photo) elevator had stains on the door and dirt on the floor, bathroom had heavy grout in the tiles (see photo), bag of trash just sitting in the hallway. Did I mention they had no bar soap in the bathroom, had to use the body wash from the shower (see photo). Didn't see any bugs that looked fine at least. Beds were comfortable and didn't look dirty. Worst part is breakfast. It is NOT a hot breakfast, I repeat NOT a hot breakfast. They have a few mini quiche and a biscuit but you have to microwave it yourself. It is stone cold the warming machines don't work it seems. Coffee was terrible, and they don't offer toothbrushes? The staff were very friendly and helpful but management obviously paid off the inspection that said this place was like a 97 or something. Highly disappointed have stayed in many many Fairfields over the years and this one was the worst by far.

At the end of the day, it was a convenient stop over that was safe and mostly clean. Building is dated and the rooms need an overhaul. Carpeting that’s harder then wood, the bathroom had a moldy smell to it though everything was clean appearance wise. Bed was flat and lumpy. End of the day got what I paid for but expected more out them

I would not sleep in their parking lot after the way I was treated, after driving for 10 hours with room booked I was told when I walked in they overbooked and they didn't offer any accommodation or to help to get me a hotel within 50 miles, don't ask for corporate help and especially front desk, it will be a lost cause
