My wife@ I just wanted a few days away from home for our 43rd anniversary. We chose Smithfield because if was close @ had a few attractions. Best Western was the best. Clean rooms clean bathrooms friendly @ helpful staff great location close to everything food movies @ attractions. Very relaxing@ enjoyable time. Thanks Best Western

We specifically booked this room because it states they had a pool Complete false advertising asked for our money back they refused. We were also informed the pool has been down for 3 years and the owner is too cheap to fix the pool. Poor poor management and customer service on the owners part

I stayed here last night with my husband and 2 daughters and we were very satisfied with everything. The room and bathroom were spotless and the whole place was in top shape. Breakfast was great and the staff very courteous! Perfect spot right off 95 and it's a keeper for us the next time we drive through the area.

It was a nice hotel but the 4 person max occupancy is annoying when I have a family of 5. I understand we have to have fire rules but I don't see how my 8-year-old is going to cause an issue during an emergency evacuation. Staff was all friendly and the complimentary breakfast was the standard one and good. My kids love the waffles
