The rooms were decent for the price, and the hotel is in a great location next to food places as well as the shopping. I gave the service 2 stars - not for the front desk staff, but I asked the cleaning staff that morning to change out our towels for the day as we were staying one more night. I was told since I had gotten an extra towel that I wouldn't be able to change out our dirty towels for new ones.

Me and my family have been using this hotel for roughly about 20+ years. Dennis and the whole staff have always been awesome and very helpful with anything you could need. The rooms are always super clean and ready to go. You are one street over from the Smithfield Outlets too so a great area for tourists and visiting the local areas too. Close to the highway too so its a great place to stay when you're stopping on the road for the night too!

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it. But I think they have different owners. The pool was no longer open which was something we were looking forward to. We had a room with a kitchenette in it. No pots pans or any utensils of any kind. Just empty drawers and cabinets. The carpet had been removed and a nice flooring was put down however where the carpet met the tile was not properly fixed and was a tripping hazard. I hurt my toe when I tripped on it. The internet kept going in and out. The TV had problems picking up some of the channels. They would go in and out as well. One of the entrence doors in the back did not work. They got it fixed but the same day the elevator started having problems. There was a sign that said "do not use if light is blinking". My thought was what if it started blinking after we were in it? Would we get stuck??? If you only want somewhere to lay your head for one night I guess it would be fine. But there are to many nice motels just behind it to not stay somewhere nice. Like I said I think the problem is the new owners The help was nice and the room was clean. Just not a place to enjoy a few days away. I will stay somewhere else nex time

Best staff ever! They made me feel welcomed & appreciated. The property is clean & well maintained both inside & out. Lots of convenient parking, huge area to walk your dog, close to lots of restaurants & shopping- some within walking distance. The room was comfortable with a great view and lots of space in the king suite. Good variety of breakfast options including a pancake machine! This is just a great place to stay overall but the employees are what really sets this hotel apart from so many others I’ve frequented in the area for business trips.
