I don't normally write reviews, I feel I need to in this case. I apologize for the long review in advance. I tried to have a pedicure done at this salon a few days ago. I was a walk-in and was told it would be about 20 minutes, which I fully understand since I was a walk-in and it appeared to be busy. There was a mother & daughter waiting ahead of me. After a few minutes one of the techs told the mother & daughter pair to go back to the pedicure chairs and a moment later she told me to go back to the pedicure chairs as well. I got seated and noticed that the person next to me had not been waited on yet. Several minutes went by they started the pedicure for the person next to me. Several minutes later another client came into the salon, she was seated at the pedicure chairs right away. Meanwhile a nail tech had started to talk to the mother and another nail tech starting yelling at her for touching a chair he claimed was his chair. The first nail tech then took what seemed to be a personal phone call, moments later the salon phone rang and the other staff was telling the first nail tech to get the phone, to which she yelled back, I'm on the phone. During all of this male nail tech, who was yelling about the chair started the pedicure of the client who came into the salon long after the rest of us. At that point I decided to leave. One of the other nail tech tried to stop me and say they were going to start my pedicure now. I explained that I was done and the mother & daughter who were there before me had not be waited on, but they were starting the person who came in long after us. Nothing about the whole situation seemed professional. I will not visit this nail salon again.

The only place I go to get my nails done. The place is clean and pretty. Its very relaxing!! All the people that work there are very friendly and talented!!

Took my daughter and her friends in for birthday nails, this place is FANTASTIC! Everyone was beyond sweet and patient with the girls! Will definitely be going back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
