The service here is outstanding. I have been to other dealerships and can say this was a great experience. The service adviseren, Brian Butler communicated with me through the process and gave me all the options. I decide on a less expensive one and he explained the positive and negative that I may experience. Being honest with customers is big in my book and he did a great job.

Great customer service. Needing to get my truck towed there for assessment, and this team worked me into their weekly schedule. They were able to troubleshoot and repair fast. Much appreciated.

We were very well pleased with the work done on our Town & Country Van! We were treated with kindness, consideration and fairness!! We would recommend Deacon Jones Dealership in purchase or repair in car, van or SUV!!’

My mother bought a car a year ago and paid off her car. Unbeknownst to me, She made an appointment with the dealership to get her air conditioner serviced after 45 minutes a sales man approaches her with a 2k estimate on repairs or replacement that was needed. She informed him she could not afford it and the rep offered her another car. After she told him several times she did not want another car. Instead of making her aware she did not have to get the other services and give her the quote on the air conditioner service she was sitting for 6 hours not realizing she could of just left, she ended up trading in her car for a lemon. In short my mother is 66 year old woman who clearly was confused and coerced in signing over her vehicle. After learning this i realized they take advantage of elderly people. I went up there and ended up paying 1250 to get her car back after reviewing the invoice the AC service was only 80 bucks. Be careful if this place they take advantage of elderly people. In response to Deacon Jones, although the GM was very nice, no one informed my mother she could get her car back without getting additional work done on her car. After my mother inquiry to get her A/C serviced and informing the sales rep several times that she did not want another car, in which she only wanted her air conditioner serviced, her requests were ignored. Under false pretense, she only agreed to trade in her 2016 for a 2015 at $0 down. Furthermore, she was told it would be $ 2000.00 for them to return her vehicle. Moreover, my 66-year-old diabetic mother sat for 6 hours before agreeing to drive off with that vehicle under false pretense. Contrary to Deacon Jones' statement, where they stated, " we reversed your mom's purchase and got her back into her original car, with new tires, and service work completed at our cost", we paid the $ 1255.34 for new tires and service work at OUR cost for services she NEVER requested for the return of my vehicle. This was very dishonest of the sales rep, GM and Deacon Jones Auto Park as a business.

Don't know. They did service free for air bag recall for my truck.
We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus. Steps we have implemented: Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily (hourly) Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers Education on the importance of masks Masks are at each of our receptionist stations for employees and customers as needed.
