Bought a Ford Expedition from them in November, now February 27 and it’s been in shop for a month. 5200 to fix it. Car came with no warranty because of high miles, I get that. What I don’t get if your gonna sell a car for 20,000 dollars maybe make sure nothing is wrong with it first. Problems start a month of getting it and continued to get worse. I took it to them and they said they don’t work on fords 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Now the ford dealership down the road has had it for a month. Also I never received registration information for this car. Also never received the check for my last payment on my other car that I had for a trade. They said it would take about a month to pay off my car, and we hadn’t a payment coming out in 2 weeks. They said we would get a check back and still haven’t.

I had been looking for a couple of weeks for a Black vehicle since that is the color of vehicle I have been wanting. I was also needing a good car and a truck or one with a towing package. I had been all over the inventory of Deacon Jones Regional Preowned outlet and when I finally was able to visit, the three vehicles I was interested in had already been sold. Tim showed me this 2013 black CR V and I instantly fell in love with it. He was so helpful and understanding. He knows what he's doing. Thank you Tim for everything. I wouldn't do business with them. Unless you got perfect credit, they treat you like you are a poor trash and act like they are better than you.
