Exterior is quite nice until you walk inside. Lobby furniture had stains all over it as did the rugs. Elevator floors looked like they were glued down. Our room also had rug stains as well as a stain on the one bed runner. Shower had one temp...scolding hot and mold in it. Although the staff was very nice we would not stay here again.

The pictures are misleading. The staff was pleasant but the overall property needs some work. There is a musty smell throughout the entire building. There is A LOT of visible wear and tear throughout the building. The elevator inspection certificates were missing (which concerned us), the room wasn’t in the best of condition and the water pressure was very weak. When we first arrived, we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. Upon getting up to the room, we were surprised to see it was still being cleaned. As we waited outside the room in the hallway, the housekeeper came out and said “one minute, this room was very dirty.” As she finished cleaning it, she came out and said she needed to spray the room with an air freshener, as the previous guest had smoked in it. Knowing we booked a non-smoking room, we were somewhat turned off by this, and immediately went back to the lobby and front desk, where we were given keys to a new room, which did not smell like smoke, but did have the previously mentioned musty smell. The shower had rust on it with holes in the wall, had a broken hand spray tool, and the toilet did not have a lid on it. Our overall experience was meh and we would not visit this hotel again. The price wasn’t bad and the staff was pleasant and professional, but it did not meet our expectations for a hotel.

The staff was welcoming and kind, but that’s really the only positive I have. The elevators were covered in stains and smelled like pee.. The hallway carpeting wasn’t much better and also carried an odor. The rooms themselves were fine besides the dinged up walls and the noisy AC unit. Breakfast was very “eh”. The waffle machine didn’t work, the fruit was bad and so was the ketchup. Not impressed for the price.

We had been driving all through the night and stopped early morning. The staff were so kind to let us check in early. The halls had a pleasant very clean smell unlike many other hotels we’ve stayed at. Our room was was large, modern, clean smell and welcoming. The ONLY thing that wasn’t clean was the bathroom mirror but that’s not a big deal. Fantastic location. Starbucks, Panera bread, cold stone, a movie theater going in and many other stores all in walking distance. By far the best comfort Inn we have stayed at. Thank you for the last minute accommodations for our family to get some much needed sleep.

I'm pretty sure yes, I always dry my hair and I didn't pack one for the trip.
Pets are not allowed, but call the hotel to make sure.
