The front office ladies are amazing very friendly and helpful. They have to deal with me every day lol an the 100 boxes I get. They make this place feel like home. Summit on 401 is the place to be. Grounds are kept clean and the staff respond quickly to any requests within reason

The move-in process was quick and simple. Sarai allowed me to do a virtual tour before moving in and that made my move to Fayetteville less stressful than expected. Jorge, the Maintenance Manager at the Summit on 401 had all of my work orders put in the system and completed within 48 hours of the request. If needing extra space, the garages that you can rent are nice and spacious as well.

Lived here for 4 months now and it's been great! The updated apartments are super nice! My son loves the playground and my dog loves the dog park. The staff is great! Very friendly and always gives information as soon as I ask. Maintenence always fixes things in a very timely manner. Overall our experience has been 5 stars!

Summit is a solid place to live and the staff is very personable and easy to work with. This is especially true of the maintenance personnel who respond promptly to issues and fix them quickly. We had an issue with condensation leaking from the ac unit and it was fixed extremely quickly. This along with other small issues that were fixed promptly contrasted with my prior rental experiences.
