We went on 2/23/22 a Wednesday night had to wait about 10 minutes which isn't bad considering it was packed that night. Our server was a young new employee and training that night. His service was excellent as soon as we sat down he came asked us what we would like to drink came back with our drinks asked us if we would like an appetizer took our order our appetizers were there in like 10 minutes 15 at the most took our order for our dinner it did not take long for our dinner to get to our table he always came to check and make sure we were okay and if we needed anything else the service and food was great the restaurant was very clean as well considering how busy it was would highly suggest this place

As always, the rolls and deep-fried pickles are amazing! The food was good; if the review were based on food, it would be five stars. Unfortunately, the service was a miss. We got there when they were opening, two in the party, and they set us at an eight-top table which was so awkward. Then we had to ask for refills twice, and for our utensils, it just seemed to be an off day for Texas RoadHouse service; thankfully, the cooks saved the day!

Went for a group gathering. Waited 30 mins to be seated. They don't have reservations but they have a call ahead list you can be put on but I did that and they person told me don't worry there won't be a wait at 6pm on a Thursday but obviously that wasn't correct. There rolls with cinnamon butter are addicting. Rattlesnake bites appetizer was delicious. The table had steak, shrimp, barbeque chicken, fried catfish, bacon cheeseburger, loaded potatoes... all were good. Customer service was good! The music is way to load though, you have to scream to talk at the table.

They dont call it reservation. They call it "call ahead" but about the samething. Just call right before u leave the house and they put ur name on waiting list that start when you call. By the time u get there u will be first on the list to be seated.
Yes they do, and the are the Best in town, all there food is excellent and A+++ service!!!

To be 100% honest, that's likely because of different employees this time apposed to the previous visits,(it goes without saying your hard earned money should demand a great visit every time, but as long as the turnover rate of restaurant employees is what it is you just have to really appreciate a great meal & service when all the stars align and its it's amazing and be happy atleast you don't have to wash a bunch of dirty dishes when it all just sucks.... I hate your experience wasn't good, but try to make the best of a poor service dinner and grab an ice cream for yourself on the way home and pay for the person's icecream behind you in line, you never know, it could be just what it takes to make someone else's meal a little better.

They do take reservations. You usually only need 1 evenings , weekends, holidays. Use the No Wait app.
Texas roadhouse is safe. You wear your mask when enter. They skip tables to wear you are apart. I have been there twice.
