After driving for 10 hours with 3 toddlers we decided to stop for the night. We checked in after 11, exhausted, and check in was so quick and easy. The hotel is gorgeous and so clean. The best part of our experience at this hotel was the staff. They were all so happy and so friendly. They made us feel like we knew them for years. I highly recommend this hotel in Fayetteville NC!

I was staying here for a couple days, and let me tell you it’s a beautiful hotel. Bright colors, helpful staff, but the walls of the room are all but sound proof. You could hear the person one room over drop a pin. That’s really my only complaint other than the size of the room / storage space. Everything seemed so clean!! Great breakfast and snack bar!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. We were traveling to avoid a blizzard and needed a quick place to stay. It was very late, and we were very tired. The staff was so accommodating and worked with me so I could use Hilton points. The hotel is in great shape. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend it to people who like the TRU brand of Hilton hotels. A+++. Well done!

The hotel staff was so very kind!!! I did not expect such high and happy spirits to be working on Christmas Day! That made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and well decorated. Love the different take on the style of decor. Will stay again if only for the pleasant staff!
