Great store. Love the organics. Nice juice bar and espresso. More room for everything yummy since they expanded the space. Now if they would only expand their unaccommodating hours we would all be happy! 10 am is late for any store let alone a grocery store. Be wonderful to be able to pick up some hot organic soup on my way to work. But they open late and close early!

We receive fresh fish every Thursday. We do not currently take reservations. It is a first come first serve basis. We post the weekly fish selection on our Instagram #mountainvalleyfoods Hope to see you soon for some fresh fish!
