I’m currently sitting on hold for the 5th time in the past month. I’m a single pregnant mom who is simply hungry and trying feed a three year old as well. I’ve set several call back times and never receive a call back. The last time I waited on hold I sat there for almost 8 hours out of the day just to talk to someone. Im so so so so irritated right now. I could be spending quality time with my child right now but instead I’m forced to listen to weird 80s elevator/tv intro music for hours!

There is no local number to contact . It's kind of a pain to call the 1800 what ever number . Office people are friendly, and highly experienced at what they do.

You'll likely have to call the help-line, but you were probably getting the default max-allotment, which has ended.
Post office has changed of address
First come first serve basis. You can call in and request a callback at an unspecified time which is usually easier.
