My 80 year old mother, a senior who cannot drive, called plantland and was thrilled that plantland would deliver her small order. She was told that the order had to be paid for prior to delivery and to call back with her order to get a total. My mother made arrangements with the sales girl to send a money order the next day. That was all fine. The next day, my 80 year old mother walked to Super-1, on her walker, to buy a money order for her flower order. She called plantland them from there had her order all ready to go and then was told by Michelle, in a very rude tone, "Why can't you just come in, I'm busy with customers." My mother apologized and said she would call the next day. Then she walked home. The next day, she called again. This time Michelle, was again put off by having to-- I guess go the extra mile---was busy watering and told my mother to "send us a email and we will let you know how much for your money order needs to be." My mother compled. Then she heard nothing. A few days later, I drove down to see my mother. I found her in tears with an envelope all pre-address and stamped to plantland but afraid to call them. She was afraid that she wouldn't be able to plant her flowers this spring. Needless to say, I found a much better nursery and and got her exactly what she needed. What ever happened to good old-fashioned customer service. Afterword: After I posted this, very long review, my mother got a email from plantland saying that they never received her email. So... my mother sent her the email that went through, no mail demons here, to prove that she in fact had sent it. Michelle called and did apologize saying she never got it. And she wanted to send her a gift certificate. My mother thanked her and ... a few days later did receive a gift card for $25.00 which, she donated to her church.

Great variety of nice looking plants.

They had an awesome selection of outdoor plants, but I was disappointed in the houseplant selection. The people in the greenhouse were friendly, eager to help, and smiled. The lady that rang us up was curt, and generally unfriendly. She seemed like she felt that answering our question was a waste of her time, and she just wanted to take our money and get us out. I love a good plant store, but when my last interaction in the store is a negative experience, it makes me not want to return. I'll probably try again in the winter, but if it's another negative experience, I won't be back. Unfortunately, today I had to shop a big box store instead of local, but at least my cashier was friendly.

We have staghorn ferns in 6” size pots for $14.99
Staff wore wore masks when I was there a few days ago. There is enough room in the greenhouse to distance from others. Hand sanitizer was available. If you are worried about shopping then call ahead and have an order ready for pick up.
Yes. But they only sell them during certain times of the year.
Yes, we sell hops plants in the spring and summer.
We sell lantana off and on. It likes hot days and nights. Here in Northwest Montana, we typically do not have the hot nights. Check back with us around mother’s day to see if we have any.
Yes, we carry Forsythia. Typically they are sold in 2 gallon pots.
Last year they had several varieties of Lavender. Not a good potted plant as they get pretty big. Will come back every year if you take care in the fall.
