Today was my first day ever going into double a glass service always drove by it and lived in St Petersburg Florida for 62 years. I had a pleasant experience in the business and I was very happy with my product that I had purchase if I have anything wrong when it comes to glass of mirrors you need to try double A glass services on 9th Street North

The customer service at AA Glass is horrendous. We ordered a frameless glass shower door and was quoted 2 weeks for install, which turned into 5 weeks. But the worst part was the lack of communication. They never reached out to me. I constantly was contacting them and asking where we were on getting it installed. They had excuse after excuse, but we eventually got the shower door installed. A few months later, we are having issues with the shower door leaking water. Once again I'm up against trying to get anyone at AA glass to communicate with me. I've been reaching out to them for 2 weeks with complete silence. I'm so disappointed. I wish we would have chosen a different glass company. If you are looking for glass work, look elsewhere!

These guys have done all my boat glass. Quick professional and highly recommended. Unbelievable craftsmanship. All of my work is custom off an old trawler. Their "can do" attitude is a credit to a great family owned business.
