Hertz Car Rental - Kalispell Airport (FCA)

The worst Hertz car rental location! they changed my reservation from unlimited mileage to 100miles/per day plus $0.33 per mile. I went back the desk days later to ask the reason, the Hertz lady told me all car rental charges mileage fee from the location. I reserved car for long haul one way to different location cost me near $500 miles extra charges for the mileage .

This place has great customer service, especially Star. We rolled into Kalispell with a car from another Hertz that had a maintenance issue. She told stories of wildlife collisions and local people while processing a change of car, found us one that could be returned to our original location, and in a reasonable amount of time we were back underway. It definitely felt like she was on our side with resolving the problem. Thanks, HERTZ Kalispell!
