The hotel is easy to find and easily accessible to all patrons, the staff is very friendly and efficient, it's clean and orderly and the rooms are gorgeous, the pools and hottubs are very nice and well up kept. We loved the poolside bar and enjoyed conversation with other patrons as well. My fiance and I actually got engaged on the beach right behind the resort. We couldn't be happier 😁

Stayed for a few nights just before memorial day weekend and it seemed to be the perfect timing. The beach wasn't crowded nor was the resort. Although we booked with a private owner, the whole process was efficient and painless. Very dog friendly and the guests did a great job of picking up after their dogs. The room was immaculate and the service at the restaurant on the second floor was A1. I recommend getting the Voodoo juice bucket if you're looking for a bang for your buck with cocktails. Can't wait to come back again!

Let me start off by saying over all my point in vacationing was to just get away... -first day we get our room and it didn't look like it had been cleaned. I thought to myself, are things just old and dingy? Yes. Are things stained? Yes. Is everything from 1993? Yes. The floor 100% was not vacuumed, I called down to the front desk and they had someone vacuum that same day. The staff were nice, I only really encountered the front desk people. The kid that ran us up a shower curtain because there wasn't one when we checked in. That's it. Oh and the restaurant, all were nice. Not a lot of workers, but I never needed much help. Over all, I enjoyed my stay. The sheets were clean and the air conditioning works. The view is to die for!!!!! There is a beautiful funky shaped outdoor pool. An indoor pool. And an indoor lazy river. Dog friendly is a must because there are a ton of dogs. And some barking but barely any, I love dogs so it was all good to me. There is a DVD machine to rent movies. There was a Tiki Bar, wasn't open when I was there -_- , but they have one. They play some good tunes by the pool. I really liked it :) just need more cleaning people or something.

Great hotel to stay in we stayed in 2 different rooms because we extended our stay. Both rooms were great, nice and clean. Great location. Will definitely be staying here again. I was nervous about picking a pet hotel at first but we didn't have any issues (like loud barking dogs or cleanliness). Staff was working really hard and keeping everything clean. Check out was a little hectic(waiting for an elevator because everyone is checking out)but me managed fine.
