Pretty irritated with this place I have been donating plasma for 10 plus years, never really had issues with my veins and today I went down and they had 3 people check my arms who couldnt find a vein so they wouldnt let me donate but honestly I wouldnt trust them at this point to even try and they waisted an hour of my time on my birthday

This facility is clean! Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable! My phlebotomist was Christina absolutely 10/10 recommend her!! Overall I’m definitely coming back!

Website is terrible. Trying to contact didn't work. Go into location, understaffed. No way to get started on the donation process

I just had a bad experience with this company over the last 2 days. First, yesterday Sept 27th 2022, they are blaming their paperwork issues on information they had about me from 2008 and saying that it took over 2.5 hours yesterday just to get me to the point of getting a physical because of "their new system". Then because I asked for a manager about it and pushed the issue that I had already been there for 2.5 hours they rushed through paperwork and ended up deleting everything. (The guy who did this was kind and it was an accident, i get that.) Then they told me i would have to go through the entire process again except having to do the paperwork and show proof of address again, so I didn't take proof of address with me this morning. I had to leave yesterday and go back today but when I went back that same person who took so long doing my paperwork yesterday said that i have to have proof of address again, even though I just had it the day before and was advised I didn't need it this morning. So longer story short, I would not recommend going to this place. In fact I've already had a more professional experience with a company called BioLife who has more locations in the valley and pays new donors better... at least their current offer is much better. Don't go to this biomat.

Next year we will be!!
First 2 is 75 each next 3 50 ea please put on form that natasha rosado refered you
It depends all when you started. If it's your 6th visit of the month too, then you should be getting $45
So technically the process only takes about an hour and a half. But the first one will take about 4 5 hours because of the intake processes. After that one the next 2 are about 2 hrs then it starts going super fast. Also, if you dont have a name of a person who recommended you feel free to use mine: Chris Golightly :-)
Brand new donors are walkin. Recommended to come early with photo id, social security card and proof of address if different than id. Returning donors are appointment only
Social security card, your I.D., and a piece of mail with your name, current address, and a date on it within 30 days
There is most likely a certain time frame but if your a few months past the date of birth your probably ok. Best option is to call them. And if you don't have a donor "Buddy" name feel free to use mine if you like. Chris Golightly
Yes My first was on a Saturday. If you don't have a donor buddy name who recommended you feel free to use mine if you like. Chris Golightly
https://booknow.appointment-plus.com/yj9kgnng/ And say Gabriel Hopkins referred you please.
I agree with Victoria
Your 2 days per week to donate start when you first donate. After that, you can change them and talk to a staff member so they can clarify how you can do that. If you miss a week, you can change the days you choose to donate automatically. First donation is time consuming so pick a day where you have the most free time. After that you can look at the chart near the water bottles to plan ahead and come in on their less busy times.
125. Card but you can get cash back at frys or Walmart
16 Guage, all donations centers use the same size.
They are subject to change each month so check the monthly calendar to see but for June they are Monday and Tuesday from 8am to 1pm.
Is that I don't know I think you can
I wouldn't know I would ask the staff to see if you could donate
You cannot donate if you have had a piercing or tattoo (touch up included) within 12 months
40 dollars for October but there are bonuses throughout the month. The 6th is 60.00 and November isn't our yet
I heard about 80.00 per visit
Www.biomatmesa.com
I am a first timer and they said there is a app to make appointment
Www.biomatmesa.com
If it's your 1st appt. It will take about 3-4 hrs.

Call and speak with the medical staff to make sure you have everything needed but yes. You should be able to
It starts at $25 then progresses up to $60
This varies each day. Best thing is to call and speak with the staff to see what the current status is for the day
Your driver's license does not have your social security number. Is your name is different on your Social Security card than on your driver's license? Is the question really, "what should I do if my name is different on my driver's license"? My advise would be to call them directly for these answers.
For the month of April the new donor fees were the first donation is $50 the second donation is $75 the third donation is $50 and the 4th donation is $75
I would make an appointment or call first.
I am not one of the medical technicians there but the best bet would be to take some time to go ask questions perhaps your situation may be particularly valuable
Can donate until the age of 69
You can use a W-2 form. And say Gabriel Hopkins referred you please.
As it stands currently, new patients receive $50 on their first 5 donations, but I suggest you call them as this payout structure has changed before and is subject to change again. I also recommend in addition to your I.D. that you take a piece of mail received in the past 30 days too. Better safe than sorry.
Follow instructions instead of looking for attention.
The center on Dobson is actually in Mesa. Also, please say Gabriel Hopkins referred you. Address: 535 South Dobson Road Mesa, AZ, 85202 Hours: Sunday:Closed Monday:07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Tuesday:07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Wednesday:07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Thursday:07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Friday:07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Saturday:07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
I think as long as you have a piece of mail with that address and your name on it, you should be good. If not, I would call first just to be sure.
Photo ID, social security card and proof of address.
Hi Zachary, To find out if you are eligible to donate plasma, please contact your local plasma donation center. Donor safety is a priority at Grifols plasma donor centers. Our centers follow strict federal and international regulations and procedures to determine if plasma donation is safe for both you and the patients receiving products created from your plasma. You can locate your nearest center here: https://www.grifolsplasma.com/en/web/plasma/locations/find-a-donation-center
Expect the 5 hours due to a physical as well as the screening and donation. Come as early as possible. Bring valid photo id and social security card or W-2, no copies. Drink plenty of water at least 12 hours before coming in, eat a good meal before coming, avoid overly fatty or greasy food. Having a snack and water with you would be a good idea due to the possible wait. First 4 donations are $50 each.
I think it's $50 first 5 times then it goes by a chart that changes by month.
Your ID and proof of address does not have to match. That's the least of your worries with this place! If you enjoy pain and the testing of your patience stir clear from this location. If the extra cash is a must try your luck at CSL. Lines may be a bit longer but your veins will thank you.
You must wait 8 days if you are switching from 2 different companies.
Monday thru Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday 7am-5pm.
No
Yes
It's a new address so yes. You must have a piece of mail with your local address, name and a date within 30 days. Your social security card and your I.D.. This process will be repeated at every new plasma donation center.
State I.D., Social Security Card and A piece of mail with your name, address and a date within 30 days. The process is the same
No
They need to have a piece of mail with a date within 30 days to prove its your recent address. This is required at every plasma donation center. Along with a social security card and your I.D. Please eat before going to avoid light headedness or fainting.
I think they're risks to donating with high blood pressure. Depending on your medication and your condition, you may not qualify to donate. It's easy to call and make sure. Sorry I'm not 100% sure. I hope this was helpful.
Nope, about 6 months to a year.
It used to be $50 per donation for the first 5, but they changed it to the first 2 visits are $75/donation. After that, it's $20 for the first visit of the week and 45. You can donate 2x a week with 24 hours between per donation, but not on Mondays since they're closed then. There's a chart by the water bottles that shows their busy and slow times.
No, just the location and date you got them.
Yes. First 5 donations are $75 each vs $50 at CSL. They give you a Mastercard debit card.
20 for the 1st visit of the week and 40 or 45 for the 2nd.
Should be able to
I believe their week begins on Monday. If you were to donate on a Monday the next soonest time would be on Wednesday if the same week. So it's twice in a 7-day period. The next time would not be until the next Monday and the next Wednesday. Hope this helps, it's a great center with awesome staff.
No, plasma for funds deposited in Citibank prepaid card
The whole process takes about four hours. So plan for the day, make sure you eat prior to visiting. You will be asked fill out forms about medical history, they will then take your vitals, must come back normal, if any are off they take them a second time if vitals haven't changed your sent home. But can try again next day. Your also asked to drink excessive amount of water. Good luck.
The first 5 used to be $50 each. Its 75 for the first 2 now
If Nexa's right about Citibank then it's probably to reduce losses from one time donors since they can't use the plasma unless a donor donates twice. Update: Nexa's right about the payment amounts, but not access to the funds. See Alex's clarifying comment below
