The person who helped me today through chat was amazing. They assisted in choosing a desktop computer and adding RAM among other things. Then later in the day when we were having trouble setting up the computer they were able to help there too. The customer service person was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. Excellent service!

I know, I'm the same way when i go there and it's closed. I believe it has to do with the limited sales staff they have there and the budget they need to stick to in order to stay in business. Would be nice if they had longer hours though.
Yeah no parts, just fully assembled computers and some accessories. They can modify a computer you purchase from them though to add more RAM, or hard drives, etc per your request though.

I don't think they deal in trade-in, call and ask. Taking old machines may be something handled by another part of the company. They sell some components but it depends on what you are looking for.
