For the most part, it's been a nightmare finding someone at this facility that seems to care. I have been trying to get my child's last name changed and two days before the hearing, it all of a sudden gets rescheduled. For NO reason. I had all of my documents sent in, and things were taken care of. To say I'm mad would be an understatement. It is really unfortunate when you call to get help with something and you're met with an "I don't care" attitude from person after person......

Staff are rude and don't care about anyone. If you need help they all say "Get a lawyer"! or "Go to the law library." The law library won't help either. Everyone refuses to help because the can't give legal advice. Sorry, but us hard working tax payers would gladly vote to have staff there that can help. Our legal system is not designed so that the average American can accomplish anything unless we go through a lawyer. That's the way the courts are designed, to only empower the highly educated... Well we are sick of this outdated court system and want change. What's it going to take to serve the common people?

Rude! Instead of trying to help or tell me where I could find help I was just hung up on.

Arizona Vital Records
what is the cost to renovate my passport card and do I need an appointment and where do i make the appointment
It's public record. you can either go online or go down to the county courthouse that you need the information from directly and have them print out whatever you need
Go to clerk of court and they will gladly take your money.
Yes
Everyone here have been very helpful and kind. From the Prosecutor, to the lawyer abdicate and Everyone.
Forms online family court or go to the superior court to the clerks office
I'm not a lawyer however unless he is hurting or hassing you and the kids your not entitled to one. The appropriate action if violence or harrassment is not in play is setting up temporary orders with the court.
Don't think so
You would want to contact the Arizona Department of Revenue. https://azdor.gov/
Come in to the courts and get your license.
You have to look up the minute entries, under case information, on the court's website.
Talk to clerk of court
Online. It's so easy, it's ridiculous!
Go where you purchased your license and get a copy
If the probate process has been completed, yes. Here is a link: https://info.legalzoom.com/out-father-left-assets-23690.html Best of luck!
Go to the law library in side the facility.
