It depends on certain factors. Call the court and ask.
Neither the judge nor the court will advise how to win your case. The judge will rule according to the evidence that is presented and the laws that apply.
Debra, you should start at azpoint.azcourts.gov. Make an account and fill out your request. Then you get an ID code or PIN. You call the court (any court is ok) during business hours and provide the PIN. It’s all done via phone!
It depends on many factors. That would be a question to ask the judge in court when your file is there for review.
Is there a reason your exhibits cannot be emailed? No public members should be entering the courthouse unless there is no other alternative.
You have to call the number in the door and tell them why you are there. Then leave your paper in the basket by the door and go back to your car. Then they will call you to comeback to the basket and pick up the papers. I only need to file a motion so it all depends what you are there for. Good luck.
No
Note to the op: if you need more time to pay, see the clerk and ask for a date to speak with a judge. They almost always grant extra time, but do it BEFORE your end due date..
East mesa justice court does Not do passports. Either Superior Court or some post offices

Hi Melissa. It depends on the type of judgment. Your best bet would be to call the court and talk it over with a clerk. Here is the contact page: http://justicecourts.maricopa.gov/Locations/index.aspx
