You have to call the number in the door and tell them why you are there. Then leave your paper in the basket by the door and go back to your car. Then they will call you to comeback to the basket and pick up the papers. I only need to file a motion so it all depends what you are there for. Good luck.
Jimmy, all courts are limiting in-person proceedings. If you feel you MUST be there in person, call first to ask when you can do that. Most matters are being handled by phone or email.
