Spent 2 days at home waiting for a delivery that required a signature. Day 1 at 4:21 pm I received an email that there was a delay and it would now arrive on Saturday. I spent Saturday at home after receiving the email that my package was out for delivery. At 3:28 pm Saturday I received a message that "we were unable to complete delivery" because customer was unavailable - I've been sitting at home all day waiting. No one arrived. When I called Fedex support they said actually no delivery attempt was made, it was never on the truck. So the email was completely false, and "they'll do their best" to get here tomorrow. Meanwhile Amazon has made multiple deliveries to my neighborhood today, Fedex should consider them for last mile delivery.

Fedex Kernersville,NC shipping hub is bad ... If possible would give this place no stars. The people in charge of loading the trucks are unprofessional and full of mud. They sent two out of three packages today and the third one never showed up. The third one was sent to Virginia when it supposed to go to North Carolina. Why don't the truck loaders pay better attention to the address they are meant to sent it too? ...😩😨😱🤭🤭🤭

I was nearly ran over by a FedEx driver in the attached picture. He came within 6 feet of totaling my vehicle. I did not see any driver feedback signs so I followed him to this facility which was about half a mile from the incident. I did this so that I could get his badge number. He became aggressive and started throwing racial slurs at me. I then got his plate number and proceeded to the office area. He then approached my vehicle so I left for my safety. I have called this incident in to the control desk, but I did not feel confident that action is going to be taken. The incident occurred at 615pm on 10/13. The plate number of the truck (ZL-1319) is also pictured below. I hope this issue is addressed.

Everytime I order something and the vendor uses Fedex, I cringe because I know there will much of my precious time spent contacting Fedex to do their job to deliver my package period!! on time would be a first.
No, I get messages on my update that my business was closed when it was not. You cannot get a ground delivery supervisor's phone number to try to determine what the problem is with a delivery. If I were King, Fedex would be put out of business because of their drivers.

Leonard after you turned in your application and or resume during or after interview, and if you are informed as to when you will be contacted. maby letter or phone .....Give them a little time to consider you may a week or so then make contact with them. I would say anywhere from 3 to 5 days let them know you are interested.
If you were offered a job, then your orientation class may start soon. When you walk in the security building, let one of the guards know your situation. They may not let you, but they may help you with answers. Human resources is in the same building. Good Luck

What thats bad that your package got lost. And you had a tracker on it? Well they not doing their jobs then and im sorry. Me personally none. I want to help my community so i might be wrong to answer. I apologize this isnt much but i do hope you find that package.
Jerry fedex called there they said lable might have fell off. But the funny thing they ask fedex lady if it was jewelry. It was a 27lb box from jewelry emporium. If they Hadden seen it how would they know.they are investigate them lots of bad reports to test hub of lost or not scanned boxes.

I work at this FedEx and you do not have to go through security and pick up a package you go to the security shack there's a door marked package pickup you go and you die Stinson giving your tracking number and your name and all that good information and they will bring your package but it does take time for them to find the package cuz there's several hundred thousand packages in that building at any given time

Some items can be held for you to pick up,you need to call fedx give them tracking,and ask if u can pick up there. Sometimes you can manage delivery by going to were you track the item,and click on manage change my delivery, hope this help a bit. If it in Kernersville you should have it Tomorrow or tuesday.
