This is a amazing place to stay! My family goes every year! There are 5 amazing pools 4 outdoor one indoor two lazy rivers and two fun slides for the kids that i enjoy too. The party pool has a smooth/milkshake bar. And karaoke twice a week connected to the lobby/lounge area there is a door that lays into the indoor pool that is connected to the outdoor pool. There also is a game room and lots of arcade games. There is a market to grab a snack or two when you're the indoor pool! I hope you have fun with your trip wherever you stay by!

I had some issues with my first room but the staff went above and beyond to move me and correct the issue. This is a great location for a quick trip or lengthy stay. There's things to do for adults and little ones. I enjoyed all the pools and had a relaxing day going around the lazy river. Do yourself a favor and ask for a signature room! The VIP experience is worth it.

This is a resort, with complete suites (incl.full kitchens, dining rooms, screened-in porches, etc.). The villas surround a high end pool with a lazy river and a splash park. Nice layout throughout. Various membership levels...which gives access to resorts all over the country. I have been to many. All nice!

We booked our visit for Spring Break. Our visit was EXCELLENT!!!! We loved our Villa (Bldg J, Villa 423). The appliances were state of the art and our Daughters loved their accommodations. The Owners Bathroom had the best shower with the Rain Shower head and Body Jets. Our Villa was exceptionally clean upon check in. Holiday Inn Club Vacations feels like your going home for an easy, relaxing stay. The location is 2nd to none. You’re ten minutes from everything and the beach is an easy 2-minute walk or van ride away. Become a member, you will not regret it!! We love the Myrtle Beach Resort but we’ll keep you updated on our next adventure.

Yes to both. Several grills on property
Myrtle Beach State Park and Garden City Pier are now under construction an closed for fishing. Their is fishing at 14th and 2nd street Piers in Myrtle Beach. Also in Murrells Inlet. No surf fishing from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Springmaid Pier is presently being rebuilt and will have a restaurant. It will open. Next year.
Yes the outdoor pools are heated and open in oct, we go every oct.
The walk is nice on a walkway. No roads to cross. It has information signs along the way along with music. Well worth the walk.
I'd do a Google search. Myrtle Beach has multiple golf courses that are close.
Yes they put a new on in and unlike the one at Orange lake the tubes are free. They also added a new water slide for the kids
