Well, the best thing I can say is this place is disgusting. My hotel room was gross, nothing was cleaned other than the smell of cleaner. The sheets on one of the beds seemed to have been turned inside out rather than washed. My pillows and pillow cases had multiple hairs inside and out from someone else with long curly black hair. I called and requested new pillows and cases, no one came to help. My husband went down and asked again, and nothing. Me and my family had to make shift pillows out of our OWN towels and small blankets. If we hadn’t missed the cut off for cancellation, we would have definitely drove home 4 hours. I’d research better hotels in the area if I were you. They also do not have breakfast, just in case you were wondering.

I stayed at this location because I had a 4 day training event in the area. Never received room service. No fresh towels. No trash pickup. AC unit stop working at some point on Saturday. If the cleaning staff had cleaned the room, they might have noticed.... There were roaches crawling around the room. My guess? The cleaning staff don't regularly get the trash and it's allowed to sit.

I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel. We bought two rooms with two queen beds for one night (5 guests), but when we arrived, we were told the hotel was at max capacity and we could only have two rooms with 1 bed each. We were then told that the rooms had “personal couches” so we felt better about the situation (our flight was early the next morning and we wouldn’t stay long.) We arrive to our room and the personal couch is just an armchair. The pillows had tears, the hallways smelt strong of weed, there was no soap, and our remote was missing. I reported the missing remote to the front desk out of fear of being charged, and I was told that was the SIXTH remote that had gone missing. If it were not for the no refunds policy, we would not have stayed at this establishment; you are much better off spending the night in the airport.

❌❌❌ READ THIS FIRST❌❌❌ I'm typically not one to leave a terrible review. If I could leave zero stars I would do just that. This hotel did not meet our expectations. The building sits behind a restaurant in a very dark area. You definitely get what you pay for. Since we were visiting for one day I figured this wouldn't be a terrible option. Boy was I wrong! The rooms have roaches 🪳🤢...so definitely beware! We walked right in and saw a roach on the hair dryer cord. I strongly suggest checking out the room before checking in. I immediately went to the service desk and showed pictures to the manager, requested a refund and found a better hotel to stay in for the night. Not to mention we traveled over 8+ hours with two children both under the age of six. The last thing we expected was to be met at the door to roaches. We should have known that this place was "janky" as we drove around looking for parking we noticed all this furniture sitting out back. I won't be surprised if there was a bed bug issue in the past. The Health Department needs to be immediately called, how is this place up and running for business.

Right out front. Not sure how often though I think you have to tell them the night before.
I think its 1 or 2. Most hotels will let you check in early as long as they have a clean room.
Sure do
It's an ok breakfast. Eggs aren't as bad as you'd expect. Waffles are your best bet.
Yep, but if you need a few extra... Just call down ahead of time.. They will work with you. To an extent.
