Love this hotel! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with friendly smiles and overall courtesy. The hotel itself is in a really nice location. Everything about the hotel was clean as well, which is a big factor for me while booking a place to stay. After spending a day in the summer sun, it was nice to come back to complementary beer, wine, and refreshments. The rooftop bar was perfect for a nightcap before heading to bed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I go to Charlotte!

The room is very nice, especially the bathroom. A minibar is advertised, but there isn't one in the room. The front desk directs you to the bar or some snacks in the lobby. They only have ice machines on every other floor. Coffee bar downstairs is very minimal and not very hot, with no oat or almond milk. The toilet paper is scratchy. In our room, one towel and the duvet were stained. The streaming TV service was choppy while trying to watch a movie. The location is great, except for the loud cars racing up and down the street all night. Valet is $40/day but very attentive and helpful.

Hotel accommodations were excellent but restaurant was a sad experience. Food was average and service was terrible. Waitress struggled to smile or be be kind, We are two African American executives who were staying in the hotel and thought the restaurant might fall in line with the hotel service. The staff barely greeted us while oozing over other patrons. We sat and watched as they returned to tables 4 and 5 times to share pleasantries while we waited 5 minutes for steak sauce and ketchup, and longer than that for orange juice. The staff clearly needed a cultural sensitivity training. We won’t be back.

The facilities are great, location is perfect but I was blown away by the staff - they were attentive, kind and articulate. I was passing through town on my way to Burlington and had to do an important zoom call last week. I spoke with Noah on the phone who said it would be no problem to do my call in the lobby area and when I got there I spoke with Mary Elizabeth who make it super easy to get set up in the location and on Wifi. Great job - this place will be my first choice when coming to stay in Charlotte.

Sorry they're is no pool inside or out. But we do have a restaurant & rooftop bar that's inside & out

We parked in the Spectrum Parking Deck directly across the street for $3.00
