Let me start by saying I have almost 500 nights at various bonvoy properties around the world.. this hotel by far surpassed the worse service I have ever see at any of their properties.. started off with being told the shuttle was on the way (hotel is a 5 min, 1.7 mile drive from the airport), after 15 mins I called back to make sure I didn't miss it, was told no I didn't miss it and hes on his way, asked if she can give me an ETA and was told no right before being hung up on. After another 15 mins waiting I tried to call back by the phone just continued to ring. Tried to call from my second phone with a different number and was answered on the first ring (screening calls from customers is a new one).. when I asked about the shuttle again she rudely told me that she can call and find out where he is if I want, I said please do, she said ok and hung up on my again. After 45 mins I finally get to the hotel, I guess they don't follow normal titanium staus procedures here because I wasn't thanked for my loyalty nor offered a choice of welcome gift.. not even a bottle of water (no water also in the rooms). I'm embarrassed for this place to even be associated with Marriott, I understand a lot of locations are struggling after covid but this places customer service was far below any standard that should be associated with the bonvoy name.

So I understand that hotels near the airport arent exactly the best rooms but we had issues. It looked like there was blood stains on the carpet that they couldnt remove, the shower rod was very rusty and teansferred to the shower curtain, the toilet seat was yuck. Never sat on it. yellow stains all over the seat. I dont think it was urine but not sure. There was no body wash in the soap dispenser so used the shampoo until we bought our own. The young lady at the desk (Taylor) was excellent!!! She even followed up with us about our stay but we were not there too long. Free Starbucks in the morning was also a plus.

The staff here are outstanding. They are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. However, we experienced several issues that will prevent me from staying here again. The tiolet seats are gross (bubbled and discolored), the sink light burned out, no shower curtain liners causing water all over the floors, and our room keys quit working.

Came to town for an event, the hotel is right off the exit and very close to the airport so that was a plus. However, the hotel is dirty, holds odor in the carpet, and needs maintenance. The shower/bathtub in my kids room did not drain and stayed in there overnight which meant they had to shower in my room the next morning. I informed the front desk that my room smelled of urine, asked if they could send someone to mop the floor in the bathroom or change the shower curtain. No one came. I don’t know that the source of the smell is, but it could honestly be the carpet. Very disgusting. The shower curtain is cloth, and there was no liner on it. The room just felt and smelled unsanitary. My room keys did not work the second day, so I had to wait to have it deactivated and there were several others needing to do the same. Friday and Saturday the same women was working alone at the desk, which is insane especially when a group had booked that weekend.
