I stayed last night. Was bigger than expected. I didn't knew that they have small kitchen area (sink, microwave, under the counter refrigerator). Everything was clean. Extra towels and toilet paper was provided. I book through southwest app, they use booking dot com and I received 3k points for 160$ for a night. Well i got more points than normal that was the main reason I booked. However I added this hotel in my favorite list cause the mini kitchen, with a desk and a sofa bed beside the 2 full bed..... It is A must for 3 to 4 members family. I really recommend. The only bad thing was the smell of fresh paint. Not sure how fresh was because I had a bit of allergy so my nose wasn't working properly. Still I was able to smell the paint.

Positive: Breakfast was great. Even thou I prefer the hotel to alternate the meat in breakfast, maybe one day sausage and the other bacon but other than that, I was pleased with options. Negative: Pool was not open and there were no information about this little detail in the website. You can imagine the disappointment since this hotel was my first option due to the indoor pool. Very Sad. Everything else was great.

Positive: Location was good for us as we had an early flight out of Charlotte. We had booked 2 rooms and when checking in realized we were on different floors. The gentleman was able to make an adjustment so we could be next door, which was much appreciated. Negative: We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool for our grandson. When checking in, we found out it was closed. We could have gotten a cheaper hotel but chose this one for the pool. Also, had ants on the ledge by the heater/AC unit.
