The hotels looks like it was recently painted, but it looked better than expected. It was in a good location, we felt safe, we were allowed to check in early, the beds were comfortable, and the room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The only complaints I have is the room keys required to access the pool didn't work, the bedding needs replaced due to a few stains and they felt dirty, and the breakfast could use improvement. Overall, it was a good stay, a great price, and we would stay again.

Check in was super easy and fast. We got to the room, and it was clean and stocked with the essential hotel coffee and toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The mini fridge was bigger than the typical. The shower room, however, was small but manageable considering it's just a place to sleep and relax. And for a good meal, Cracker Barrel is just a 1 minute walk. Thank you for the great stay!

I stayed here the night before a trip and added on parking for the week. During my stay, the towels had hair on them and the smokers outside my room all night made it smell like an ash tray. When I returned to Charlotte, I tried calling for the 24/7 shuttle (as instructed upon check-in) for about 45 minutes along with several other people but we couldn't get an answer - the line rang once and then redirected calls back to the automated voice system. We ended up having to take a cab back to the hotel which cost almost as much as the parking did. When we got back to the hotel, the staff was incredibly rude, telling us we didn't try to call and insinuating we were liars. We had even called earlier in the day to confirm that someone would be available to pick us up when we arrived, confirming also that we had the correct number and had proof in our call history on multiple phones.

Rooms: Rooms were very cozy and clean, the pillows were very comfortable. The floor is wood, which means I didn't have to worry about a dirty carpet, but also was cold due to cold weather. The shower tub blasted hot water immediately, so there was no wait for warm water. However, if you want to take a soak, you'll have to clog the drain with a towel or plug to prevent it from draining. Room had all the commodities, TV, coffee machine, complimentary internet, hair dryer and mirrors. Service: Everyone was phenomenal, excellent customer service. Needed help in getting family that were arriving from the airport, they have a shuttle that goes back and forth for airport pickups to their hotel. Location: There is a cracker barrel directly across from the hotel, which I ate at twice. There are other options, such as a decent gas station across, a buffet across the interception and I believe there were even more things. Didn't have much time to do that much exploring, but there were apparently enough interesting things in the immediate vicinity.
