Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be disappointed. The staff is super friendly and fun. The room was clean - pretty typical hotel room. This hotel is near a lot of food/bad options and is great if you are in town for a nearby event. I did not take advantage of room service and cannot speak to the food but everything else is an A+.

My family and I previously visited Charlotte North Carolina this past weekend and I must say the stay was excellent! The hotel and its amenities were extraordinary. Most importantly Miss Molly at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed and for that we are extremely grateful. Great location in Uptown. Walking distance to many restaurants and venues. Basic hotel. Nothing fancy. No frills. Bathtub was a little grimy. *where shower shoes! Molly at the front desk was very nice and had wonderful energy!

Staff great and room was really nice. Parking at first was a little confusing but we figured it out. Lots of food options downtown, convenient location, scooters for cruising around. No shuttle to airport but they have a taxi service they will book for you. Comfy beds, really clean and spacious.
