As a percussionist I go there for drum equipment and to play on the demo sets. They always allow me to play for hours and I try to tone it down whenever others are in the area. I really appreciate that about them. I always buy something because I would feel bad being there for four hours and walking out empty handed. The staff is nice, and knowledgeable about their particular instruments.

These guys sold me used items as new. What a ripoff. Also, the stand was missing parts! Finally, when I asked if I had everything I need to be up and running right away (bc this was a gift) he confidently said yes, only to find out it didn't come with a power chord. Anyway, I returned all items and will never return to this store again.

Walked in looking for a bass. No one asked me if I needed help. Place not at all busy. Some kid sitting trying to play Another one bites the dust and some lady sitting looking at her phone in the bass section. Checked out a couple on the wall that I could reach. Couldn't read the prices on many. Still no offer of any assistance. Walked out without out anyone saying a word. Went to Performance Music Center in Woburn, greeted at the door. Bought a $700 bass.

What i was told when i asked is if it breaks down before the warrant expries you can return it to any of their stores and it will either be replaced or repaired. I was alro introduced to a 3 year warranty option where i paid an extra little amount for a peace of mind over expensive gear i had purchased. So if yoi got it from them you can take it back....
You have to wear a mask. 😷

I'm sure if you brought it in they'd be able to help you or at least point you in the right direction of someone that could help.
