Terrible Service. Went in in person, guy was too busy to sell me tires told me to my face at the desk to go online and buy them and schedule an appointment. He was very “busy” Went home and looked online, but wanted to call and understand the difference between the top two tires the website recommended… called 3 or 4 times that day. No answer. Called the next day, once again, 3 times. On the third time a man eventually picked up in the tire department and said “hi, I can’t hear you goodbye” and hung up on me… all within 5 seconds. So, I called Costco customer service and told the woman on the phone… her answer “yeah they are really busy out there”… Uhhh. So hire more people?!?! And teach them customer service… I’m trying to give you my business and buy $1,000 in tires. After that, I called a local tire company and had great service. They explained the tires to me, I picked out better ones than Costco offered, for less, and I’m having them installed in two days. Beyond blown away by the poor service at Costco Tire Shop.

I went there when they first opened up and they had my tire fixed within 40 minutes. Brad was helpful and provided quick service. I'll be going back next time I have tire issues.

Very unfriendly staffs. Seems like shouting at you is the only way of talking for them because they got no balls to communicate nicely. And they are unwilling to help or answer my question. So hopefully their works are not as bad as the attitudes. I feel sorry for this Costco cause marketing managers don't know some "tough employees" are destroying the store's reputation.
