I brought my bernina sewing machine in to be repaired The needle was hitting so it was out of alignment ! Huge mistake he didn’t know what he was doing and took the machine apart! He said he couldn’t fix it! Brought it to a certified bernina technician, she said he ruined the machine by taking it apart! So it has to be completely rebuilt by bernina! Be careful if you take your machine to him!!!!
