I bought my car in December and I could not be happier. Not only do I love my car but the service I’ve received has been top notch. My tire was losing small amounts of air the past two weeks. I was afraid I was going to be told that not only would I need a new tire, that they would all have to be replaced. Reluctantly I went in. And I went there because you can just drive up without an appointment, so it’s easy. They took me right in to see what was going on. I had to wait a short time for someone to look at it but it was only a nail and not only did they patch it and fill my tires, they didn’t charge me a dime. I will definitely go back for whatever service my car needs. This is my first and only experience with the service there. They have all been to this level. This is just my latest example.

No one does anything here since corona virus They keep raising package prices and are unable to service cars or takes hours upon hours to do so No one ever picks the phone up on the service side. But of course when you call sales they pick up and are ready to sell you a car or give you some misinformation.

Great experience at Honda north yesterday and today! Brought my 2003 crv in for a couple recalls was happy with this as one was my driver's side power window switch and it had been noticeably worse since I purchased the vehicle 2 years ago. I was given a loaner vehicle for the day as it would take a couple hours. I got a 2020 crv and loved it right away such a smooth ride great features on the ex model heated seats and a sunroof on these "nice" new England days was great! I was quickly informed that the window switch was on backorder and would be in the following day this was fine with me as I had the rental. Next morning I texted my service advisor and was notified my vehicle would be ready at 11pm. More then pleased with my experience here now my window works as it should and my passenger airbag is safe! Thanks again for the quality experience and vehicles Honda North Team!

Go to carandtruckremotes.com Its about 50% cheaper than they charge at the dealership and as far as the rear view mirror goes you'd have to go there and ask. This is also something you could do yourself with a quick youtube video
