I have a 2016 Honda Accord EX, to the best of my knowledge it does not have a navigation system on it. I would to add it if possible. Can thus be done easily, or is it some thing that requires extensive work?

Yes it can be done. and you can do that at any auto sound place. unless you want Honda to do it.but very exspensive.
