Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey Near The Park

I was apprehensive to stay here after reading the other reviews, but we decided to go for it. We were very happy with our stay. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of towels (many hotels now only give 2 towels per room which doesn't work for a family). The next morning we went down for breakfast at 8:30AM (which I highly recommend because after 9AM it started to get crowded). Breakfast consisted of muffins, english muffins, bagels, bread (toaster available), yogurt, bananas, apples, oatmeal, eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, make your own waffles, and 3 different kinds of cereal. I would stay here again!

Positive: We loved how close the hotel was from the park/attractions. The room set up was perfect for sleeping arrangements. Negative: No Hot Tub and Pool area was too small. Same breakfast everyday, no potato? Outlets were loose and plugs for our chargers kept falling out. We had to change rooms our last night there due to air conditioning breaking down.

Front desk helpful & offered rewards program. Rooms organized. Clean linens & beds neatly made. Beds comfortable with plenty of pillows. Plug in on front of pull out nightstand convenient to charge phone. Complimentary coffee & tea available all night in lobby. Large variety of breakfast items. No Bible available in room. Carpet stained in room. Room coffee maker needed cleaned. No microwave. Hotel not very close to shopping or food.

Checking out tomorrow from Hampton Inn. I’m having a wonderful holiday with my family at Hershey, PA. The only problem is I ate too much chocolate. The pool is small yet clean. Gym is also small, but it’s open 24 hours. Complimentary breakfast is always what we are looking for. Less than 10 minutes away from Hersheypark make this place even better. Tina was my favorite team member.
