The staff is wonderful. The lady at the desk was nice and even opened the conference room so our large group of families could have dinner together. The breakfast is also very good but Jaime, who waits the breakfast area deserves a special mention. She was so nice, attentive, and energetic that we all enjoyed our delicious breakfast even more. Now, the hotel and rooms are old and need some updates. The pool wasn't clean either. One of our friends had stains in their sheets and he had to change them himself after waiting for a long time and asking multiple times.

An amazing hotel to stay at. Super close to the park and museum, also nearby retail stores and restaurants. The gym and pool are very nice but is a small hotel. Snack bar and restaurant inside the restaurant are very nice. The shower and care amenities in the bathroom were also very nice along with the room. There was a thunderstorm the night I stayed there and there was no signal for the TV and what a better time for it to happen during the NBA Finals. Power almost went out but in all good circumstances. Front desk is very nice and I will come back to this hotel.

The room was not the cleanest. The bathroom lock didn't work so when someone accidently hit it and didn't realize we were locked out of the bathroom. When we told the front desk they told us they didn't have anyone in maintenance on the weekends so we lost some of our stuff in the bathroom. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned instead of them automatically doing it each day. When we asked for it to be cleaned we came back to it not cleaned. We had no towels to take showers with. The pool was the best part of this place. It was small but clean. We ended up leaving a night early. Definitely not worth the money paid to stay here.

Lovely location with friendly staff and nice rooms. Pool and hot tub were small but very clean and nice, and we loved the extended hours (open until 11PM!) Lobby is very pretty and has lots of room for sitting/chatting/boardgames. Our room was great with only two small issues - crumbs and wrappers under the couch, and no coffee cups for the Keurig. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay and we will be back.
